Hapus akun Gizzy

Cara menghapus akun dari aplikasi

Buka Gizzy dan masuk ke akunmu.
Buka tab Setelan → kartu Akun → tekan Hapus akun.
Konfirmasi di dialog yang muncul. Jika diminta, keluar lalu masuk lagi (demi keamanan), kemudian ulangi.

Yang dihapus

Akun Gizzy (Firebase Authentication) dihapus permanen: email dan ID akun.
Semua data di perangkat: profil, catatan makanan dan foto, catatan berat, riwayat chat, insight, dan API key yang tersimpan.

Yang mungkin tersisa

Catatan kuota harian di server (ID acak, tanggal, jumlah pemakaian), tanpa nama atau email. Dapat dihapus atas permintaan.
Catatan yang sudah ditulis ke Health Connect: kelola atau hapus di aplikasi Health Connect.

Tidak bisa membuka aplikasinya?

Kirim email ke support@freylogic.com dari alamat email akun Gizzy-mu dengan subjek “Hapus akun Gizzy”. Kami menghapus akun dan sisa data di server, lalu membalas konfirmasi.

Delete your Gizzy account

From inside the app

Open Gizzy and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account card → tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog. If asked, sign out and sign in again (for security), then repeat.

What is deleted

Your Gizzy account (Firebase Authentication): email and account ID, permanently.
All on-device data: profile, food logs and photos, weight logs, chat history, insights and any saved API key.

What may remain

Daily quota records on the server (random ID, date, usage counts), with no name or email. Deletable on request.
Records already written to Health Connect: manage or delete them in the Health Connect app.

Can't open the app?

Email support@freylogic.com from your Gizzy account email address with the subject “Delete Gizzy account”. We will delete the account and remaining server data and reply to confirm.
